The site is static. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The URL may carry attribution parameters (which post or message you came from); they are kept in your browser for the visit and passed to the checkout as a reference, nothing else. The web server keeps a plain access log — IP address, time, the address requested, browser string — for up to 30 days, so I can tell whether a link worked and spot abuse. It is not joined to your purchase and not used to profile anyone. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when they load.
Payment runs on Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Stripe receives your card details, email and billing country to process the payment, calculate tax and handle disputes; I never see your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that processing. I receive your email address, the product bought, the amount and the country, and keep them as long as accounting law requires (ten years in Switzerland).
If you buy, I use your email to deliver the files, answer support, and send a short series of emails about using what you bought, including one about the other tier. Reply "unsubscribe" or use the link and they stop. I do not email people who have not bought or subscribed. Subscribers to the free list are managed in beehiiv; its privacy policy applies to that storage.
When you comment a keyword on one of my posts, an official Meta partner tool (ManyChat) sends you the reply by direct message. It stores your Instagram username and ID and the messages exchanged so the right reply goes out once. Nothing is sent to people who did not comment.
You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by email. Data is held by the named processors under their own terms and on the server that hosts this site.
